The Citizen Has Been Blocked is a 19-minute short film from 2022 produced, written and directed by Urban Skargren. It was shot in Medellin and Cartagena, Colombia.

Story: In a near future, nobody can move around, work or buy without a government-issued certificate. Daniel has become a rebel and a non-desired citizen. When things get tough, he asks his influential friend Martin for help. Will Daniel be able to escape before he is taken down by the powers in control?
